This ‘make your own’ learning tool kit gives your child the opportunity to create a wearable, practical item, using their imagination, creativity and learn new hand sewing and clothing construction skills. The kit contains pre-punched learning cards, which cover 4 well known hand stitches to get you going on your project. Panel pieces measure approximately 30 x 30 cm, depending on the shape and texture.
Kit contents:
6 x colourful woollen knitted panels, pre-punctured 30x30cm each (approx)
1 x wooden needle (blunt)
3 x balls of Shetland 100% wool yarn (for assembly and decoration)
6 x pre-punctured learning stitch cards
6 x mini skeins of 100% wool, varied colours, for learning stitch cards
1 x manual for guidance and inspiration
This woollen panels are knitted in Scotland using 100% wool sourced from Scotland, printing and packaging done in the UK, and kits assembled in Edinburgh. We believe in supporting local and want to reduce environmental footprint wherever possible. We use no plastic in our products or packaging, because we like that things that come from earth, can go back in there safely too!
Hand wash only in luke warm water and mild detergent.
This product is a learning kit to be used under adult supervision. Warning, this product contains small parts that can pose a choking risk.
